Dr. Lisa Baldwin-Doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture

Dr. Lisa Baldwin R.Ac, TCMD, FABORM, was born in Kingston Ontario and had been a Calgarian from the age of two.

Her professional background includes over_10 years_ of clinical experience after completing years of study and training at the Alberta College of Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine. She has completed internships in China at the** Beijing Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine** and in Sri Lanka at the Open University Teaching Hospital in Colombo. Dr. Baldwin is also a Fellow of the American Board of Oriental Reproductive Medicine.

In addition, she has an Alberta licence to practice Traditional Chinese Medicine incorporating Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine into her practice

Personal achievements have been made through her passion to travel. She credits her ability to relate and adapt to the four and a half years of independent travel across the globe.

Lisa’s goal is to offer Chinese Medicine on both a holistic and therapeutic level. She is competent in all areas, and specializes in musculoskeletal issues, women’s health, gynaecology, infertility, menstrual disorders menopause, digestive disturbances, sleep disorders, mental health, anxiety, autoimmune imbalances and pain syndromes.

Alex was born in Nashville, Tennessee, and spent his formative years in Toronto, Canada, before relocating to Calgary in 2014 to start a family. A dedicated and passionate massage therapist, Alex graduated from the prestigious Vicars School of Massage Therapy and has been practising professionally for close to seven years. Throughout his career, he has developed a strong foundation in a variety of therapeutic techniques, including myofascial release, cupping therapy, hot stone massage, and sports massage. In addition, Alex provides specialized prenatal massage for expectant mothers, offering much-needed support and relief during pregnancy.

Dr. Bugg was born in Lethbridge, Alberta and raised in Sylvan Lake, Alberta. He studied for three years as an undergraduate of Anatomy and Physiology at Red Deer College. In 1993 he dedicated the next four years to Palmer College of Chiropractic – West in California and attained his Doctorate Degree in Chiropractic. Dr. Bugg has been with the team since July 1996 and is one of the co-owners and licenced Chiropractors at the Calgary Centre for Health.

Dr. Bugg holds the current title of president for the Canadian Pro Rodeo Sports Medicine Team. Dr. Durling was born and raised in Calgary, Alberta, where she developed a love for sports and human movement. She grew up playing every sport she could, including soccer, basketball, badminton, golf and swimming. Throughout her competitive years, she sustained a handful of injuries and eventually found herself receiving care at the Calgary Centre for Health. This led to the eventual desire to attend the University of Western States earning a Doctorate in Chiropractic and starting her career in Portland, Oregon.

Throughout her clinical and educational experience, she developed a focus in rehab-based chiropractic care in order to educate her patients and give them the tools they need to effectively regain their function and improve their health. Dr. Durling has continued to develop her clinical skills with training in Motion Palpation Institute, IASTM, Mckenzie Method, and Rehab-2-Performance.

Sara grew up in Lethbridge, Alberta and is new to Calgary. She graduated from her 2200 hour massage therapy program in 2017 from Lethbridge College. She also played volleyball for the Lethbridge College Kodiaks for 2 years. Sara played competitive sports for many years and since graduating college she has coached high school volleyball. With her sport background it has helped her become the therapeutic massage therapist she is today. Sara has training in Myofascial Cupping Therapy, Relaxation Massage, Gua Sha, and Headache/Migraine relief therapy using the Osteopathic Approach. Dr. Green believes in an individualized, evidenced-based approach to all patients to not only fix current problems, but to prevent them from chronic recurrence. Dr. Green grew up on a farm west of Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan. During childhood he was constantly on the move, attempting to play every sport possible. As a teenager, skiing took up the majority of his free time, making his way to any hill that was big enough to ride down. Dr. Green completed his post secondary education in the field of Kinesiology at the University of Saskatchewan. Always having an interest in healthcare, Dr. Green spent the next four years completing his Doctorate of Chiropractic in Toronto, Ontario at Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College.

Dr. Van Dyck was born and raised in Calgary, Alberta. His undergraduate education is from the University of Calgary, with a Major in Exercise and Health Physiology through the Kinesiology Department. Following this, Dr. Van Dyck spent many years Speed Skating competitively, as well as working as a Strength and Conditioning Coach for young athletes with a prior CSCS certification. Following his retirement from Speed Skating, Dr. Van Dyck completed his Chiropractic education at the University of Western States down in Portland, Oregon, where he graduated as a Suma Cum Laude.

Eryn Tippe was born and raised in Grande Cache, Alberta. She grew up playing hockey, swimming and participating in rodeo. In 2014, she moved to Calgary to attend Mount Royal University for the Bachelor of Health and Physical Education with a master in Athletic Therapy and a minor in Business Administration. She became a Certified Athletic Therapist in July of 2018.

Eryn values education and continues to learn new tricks to add to her toolbox. She has taken Muscle Energy- Pelvis, Hips and Lumbar Spine, and Reconditioning Level 1 & 2. Additionally, she has a special interest in learning and treating concussions & vestibular conditions so she has taken the following to get you back to your lifestyle: 7-Step Concussion Protocol, Craniosacral Therapy Level 1 & 2, and The Athlete Brain (Vestibular) Level 1 & 2. No matter what your age or activity is, Eryn believes in a holistic, all body treatment to find the root of your pain and help you along your journey to an active lifestyle.

When Eryn is not in the clinic, you can find her on the bench of hockey or lacrosse or on the sidelines of rugby, or football. You can also find her in a barn working with horseback riders.
